Наразі шукаємо ІТ рекрутера, який допоможе нам формувати сильні технічні команди та підтримувати розвиток ІТ-напряму банку.

Ваш майбутній функціонал:


• Повний цикл рекрутингу ІТ-фахівців — від збору вимог до фінального оферу


• Пошук кандидатів із використанням X-ray та Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, DOU, рекомендацій та інших каналів


• Проведення компетенційних і ситуаційних інтерв'ю (методики STAR, Competency-based, Behavioral)


• Підготовка профілю вакансії та взаємодія з менеджерами найму для уточнення технічних вимог


• Формування позитивного Candidate Experience та комунікація на всіх етапах


• Участь у вдосконаленні внутрішніх процесів рекрутингу, аналітики та автоматизації


• Підтримка розвитку бренду OTP Bank як роботодавця в ІТ-сфері

Наш кандидат має:


• Досвід роботи у ІТ-рекрутингу від 2 років


• Впевнені навички X-ray / Boolean search та сучасних методів сорсингу


• Розуміння ролей і технологій розробки (Java, .NET, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Business Analysis тощо)


• Досвід закриття позицій C-level рівня


• Досвід проведення різних типів інтерв'ю (компетенційні, ситуаційні, технічні разом із менеджерами)


• Вміння працювати з ATS, аналітикою рекрутингу (time-to-hire, source efficiency) буде перевагою


• Рівень англійської — Intermediate+


• Проактивність, адаптивність і командний підхід
