Зараз ми у пошуках Head of Business Process Analysis для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Мета посади: Формалізувати та підтримувати в актуальному стані структуру компанії та опис усіх ключових бізнес-процесів, забезпечуючи прозорість взаємодії між підрозділами, оптимізацію роботи та підтримку масштабування бізнесу.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи на посаді бізнес-аналітика або аналітика бізнес-процесів від 4х років.
  • Знання та практичне застосування BPMN 2.0.
  • Навички збору, структурування та візуалізації інформації.
  • Досвід роботи з організаційними схемами.
  • Вміння вести переговори та працювати з різними рівнями персоналу.
  • Бажаний досвід у великих виробничих або інженерних компаніях.
  • Досвід ведення документації в Confluence, Notion або Google Docs.
  • Вміння працювати з аналітичними інструментами (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).

Майбутні обов'язки:

1. Опис та візуалізація оргструктури:

  • Розробка та підтримка організаційної схеми компанії (органіграм).
  • Визначення зон відповідальності підрозділів та посад.
  • Фіксація ланцюгів підпорядкування та взаємодії.

2. Документування бізнес-процесів:

  • Збір та аналіз інформації про поточні процеси (AS-IS).
  • Побудова схем процесів у нотації BPMN.
  • Розробка описів цільового стану процесів (TO-BE).
  • Підготовка регламентів, інструкцій та стандартів.

3. Аналіз і оптимізація:

  • Виявлення вузьких місць та неефективних ланок.
  • Пропозиції щодо автоматизації та покращення процесів.
  • Участь у проєктах з впровадження змін.

4. Взаємодія з підрозділами:

  • Комунікація, проведення воркшопів і презентацій.
  • Узгодження проєктних рішень з керівниками відділів.
  • Забезпечення єдиних стандартів опису процесів.
