Зараз ми у пошуках Lead Business Process Analysis для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда компанії сфокусована на постійному вдосконаленні характеристик бортів, впровадженні нових технологій та підходів. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко реалізовувати зміни й масштабувати рішення.

Мета ролі:

Побудувати та очолити напрямок бізнес-процесів компанії: сформувати єдину систему опису та управління процесами, забезпечити структурність організації, прозорість взаємодії між підрозділами та створити основу для подальшого масштабування бізнесу.

Ключові завдання:
  1. Стратегічне управління напрямком бізнес-процесів
    • Формування та розвиток департаменту бізнес-процесів.
    • Визначення пріоритетів, методології та стандартів опису процесів.
    • Постійне оновлення та підтримка актуальності оргструктури компанії.
  2. Документування та оптимізація бізнес-процесів
    • Організація збору та аналізу інформації про поточні процеси (AS-IS).
    • Побудова моделей у BPMN та розробка TO-BE процесів.
    • Затвердження стандартів, регламентів, інструкцій.
  3. Аналіз, зміни та автоматизація
    • Виявлення зон для оптимізації, визначення вузьких місць.
    • Ініціювання та лідерство у проєктах з автоматизації та покращення процесів.
    • Прийняття управлінських рішень на рівні всієї організації.
  4. High-level взаємодія та комунікація
    • Безпосередня робота з C-level компанії та керівниками підрозділів.
    • Проведення стратегічних сесій, воркшопів та презентацій.
    • Забезпечення єдиного корпоративного підходу до процесного управління.
Вимоги до кандидата:
  • Досвід роботи у ролі керівника/лідера бізнес-аналітики або бізнес-процесів від 4 років.
  • Глибоке знання та практичне застосування BPMN 2.0.
  • Досвід побудови оргструктур та процесних моделей у масштабних компаніях.
  • Сильні навички ведення переговорів і роботи на рівні топ-менеджменту.
  • Досвід у великих виробничих або інженерних організаціях буде перевагою.
  • Володіння інструментами документації та аналітики (Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets).
