Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development:


• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning.

  1. Brand Management:


• Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand identity, messaging, and visual elements.


• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person interactions.

  1. Leadership and Collaboration:


• Lead and mentor the brand management team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

  1. Performance Measurement:


• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives.


• Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:


• Communicate brand vision and strategy to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.


• Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.

  1. Budget Management:


• Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support branding initiatives.

  1. Crisis Management:


• Develop strategies to manage brand reputation during crises or negative publicity.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.


• Proven experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles (7+ years).


• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.


• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
