Junior Operational Offer Manager
до київського офісу. Посада передбачає звітність перед VP Digital Energy CEE (Румунія) та Маркетинг директором (Київ). Основна мета — успішне впровадження нових продуктів на українському ринку та побудова партнерських відносин з локальними постачальниками для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності нашої пропозиції.

Ключові продукти:

  • Digital Power:
    датчики енергії PowerTag, електролічильники, системи компенсації реактивної потужності VarSet, активні фільтри гармонік
  • Системи енергоменеджменту:
    програмне забезпечення для моніторингу та оптимізації енергоспоживання
  • Системи управління будівлями:
    автоматичне керування освітленням, опаленням, вентиляцією тощо

Основні обов'язки:

  • Технічна підтримка: консультації для команд продажів, партнерів та кінцевих користувачів
  • Запуск нових продуктів: планування, ціноутворення, сертифікація, навчання, демонстраційне обладнання
  • Документація та маркетингові матеріали: презентації, каталоги, інструкції, рекламні матеріали
  • Навчання: організація семінарів, тренінгів, технічних воркшопів
  • Стратегія продажів: запуск продуктів, e-commerce, промо-кампанії
  • Ціноутворення: аналіз ринку та конкурентів, визначення стратегії
  • Прогнозування продажів та управління запасами
  • Маркетингове планування: виставки, презентації
  • Співпраця з іншими командами: промоції, навчальні програми, ініціативи

Що допоможе вам бути успішним:

  • Досвід роботи: мінімум 2 роки, з них 1+ рік на аналогічній посаді в міжнародній компанії
  • Освіта: магістр технічної спеціальності (електроенергетика, автоматизація тощо)
  • Базові знання маркетингу — навчимо
  • Комунікабельність, аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей
  • Проактивність, бажання навчатися та взаємодіяти з різними стейкхолдерами
  • Англійська — рівень не нижче B1
