Job Description

Job Responsibilities
At your position you will support your customers and Danfoss sales team by:

• Project design in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Handling general pre- and post-sales customer queries and claims.
• Giving technical support & advice on the phone or e-mail.
• Review of project specifications and product selection for the quote.
• Cooperate with the external sales team and project design teams.
• Prepare project quotations.
• Providing all customer queries and improvement areas to the Customer Service Center Manager.

Background & Skills
To be considered for the position we require:

• At least a Bachelor´s degree in Electrical or Heating Engineering or previous experience in a similar position. We also expect a new hire to have:
• Work experience in heating systems/heat stations/electrical heating systems design and installation is a must.
• A solid knowledge of heat supply systems, domestic water supply systems, and heat stations functioning (Correspondent experience would be a huge advantage).
• Previous experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework of heating supply and domestic water supply systems.
• English – at least intermediate (ability to understand technical terminology and to communicate).
• PC literate (REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office, PowerPoint, and SolidWorks are a nice-to-have).
