Наразі ми шукаємо співробітників на позицію фахівців служби підтримки - Customer Support Agent (iGaming). Ми працюємо тільки із зарубіжними ринками, тому розглядаємо кандидатів, які володіють високим рівнем англійської та інших іноземних мов (German, Polish, Italian, French).
Чим належить займатися:
- Вибудовування та підтримка взаємовідносин із зарубіжними користувачами;
- Допомога користувачам у вирішенні питань, що виникають;
- Спілкування з користувачами через LiveChat та E-mail англійською та іншими мовами (German, Polish, Italian, French).
Що очікуємо від кандидата:
- Знання англійської мови;
- Знання однієї з мов German, Polish, Italian, French на рівні В2 ;
- Можливість працювати в графіку 2 дені зміни /2 дні відпочинок / 2 нічні зміни / 2 дні відпочинок (денні зміни з 09:00 до 21:00, нічні зміни з 21:00 до 09:00), у зміну включається перерва 1.5 години (90 хв.).
- Комунікабельність, здатність вибудовувати взаємодію з користувачем;
- Ми можемо розглянути кандидатів без релевантного досвіду роботи.
