Head of Key Account Management

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Key Account Management in the Commercial Department of Sopharma Ukraine. The role reports to Commercial Director.

Main responsibilities:

1. KAM Team Management:

  • Setting goals, monitoring the implementation of sales plans.
  • Coaching, developing and motivating the team.
  • Holding regular meetings, assessing performance.

2. Developing and implementing a strategy for working with key clients:

  • Forming long-term strategic plans for key clients.
  • Ensuring a unified approach to customer service at the national level.

3. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers:

  • Building reliable and mutually beneficial partnerships with customers (pharmacy chains).
  • Participation in negotiations with top customers.
  • Resolving difficult situations.

4. Analysis and reporting:

  • Analysis of team performance and customer indicators.
  • Preparation of reports for management (sales, profitability, risks).
  • Monitoring the market, competitors, trends.

5. Cross-functional interaction:

  • Cooperation with marketing, logistics, finance and other departments.
  • Ensuring coordination of actions between teams to achieve the Company's defined goals.

Main Requirements:

  • Managerial experience in managing a team;
  • 10+ years of experience in various sales role;
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine will be an advantage;
  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related fields); pharmaceutical or medical education - will be an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different people;
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with data.
