Our client is a full-cycle software development provider delivering custom SaaS solutions across the US and European markets in domains such as Healthcare, GovTech, E-commerce, FinTech, and graphic tools. With a team of around 70 Middle+ and Senior specialists, it operates with a flat structure, minimal bureaucracy, and a strong focus on ownership, autonomy, and high engineering standards.

As a Lead Generation Manager and take full ownership of our outbound lead generation process. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth through strategic and effective prospecting across multiple channels.

Required Skills:
  • Success in outbound lead generation and qualification.
  • Multi-channel prospecting using LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
  • Experience with the US, Western Europe, and UK markets.
  • Ability to launch outbound campaigns from scratch.
  • Familiar with tools such as Sales Navigator, Expandi, and LinkedIn Helper.
  • Experience using AI tools for outreach like Humanlinker.
  • Knowledge of lead generation platforms like Crunchbase, Apollo, and others.
  • Expertise in developing Ideal Customer Profiles.
Responsibilities:
  • Focus on outbound lead generation.
  • Use multiple channels to gather leads, including LinkedIn and email.
  • Populate leads for sales follow-up.
  • Qualify leads to ensure high-potential prospects.
  • Optimize strategies to improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Stay ahead of trends and experiment with new tools.
  • Analyze and refine strategies based on campaign data.
