Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of Head of Corporate Marketing and Online Biz Group in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Corporate marketing management

  • Annual Strategy Proposal for Brand, PR, Media, Corporate citizenship, Sponsorship
  • Annual strategy review and continues implementation monitoring
  • Supervision of external communication (press office, media, contractors)
  • Department Budget management and control
  • Team trainings and development
  • Marketing Calendar review, consolidation and coordination
  • Major projects supervision (press conferences, partners events and press tours, conferences, internal projects etc)
  • Risk (reputation) and crisis communication management
  • Reporting to President, CFO, HQ/Regional HQ on corporate marketing issues

People & contractors management

  • Set objectives and KPI's for Corporate Brand Group/CMI , consistently check performance;
  • Supervise subordinates (10 in-house people); control R&R division in specific categories based on work amount, people qualifications and readiness for responsibility; control projects timely and quality execution;
  • Challenge and develop subordinates on ongoing basis, motivate and advise on personal and functional development steps;
  • Coordinate creative and media agencies work with marketing
  • Agency evaluation
  • Agency relationship management and negotiations
  • Develop and keep updated marketing department structure, developing effective and clear business processes, establishing of internal reporting and communication system

  • brand health indicators
  • Corporate budget spending
  • SNS accounts management and development (fan base increase, engagement)
  • Loyal relations with media
  • Agencies high performance

  • A 'can do' and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
  • The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
  • Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is effected
  • The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
