We're looking for a Travel & Assistance Specialist who will ensure flawless organization of business trips, conference visits, offsites and strategic sessions — creating the conditions for effective work and focus for our team.

You'll become a trusted partner for top management, taking care of all operational details so they can fully concentrate on OBRIO's strategic goals.

What you'll do:

Travel coordination

• Organize business trips and conference visits for the OBRIO team;
• Handle end-to-end logistics: flights, hotels, transfers, visas and coordinating all logistics;
• Manage unforeseen travel issues both for top management and employees (flight cancellations, changes, emergencies);
• Maintain and improve company travel, relocation policies and checklists;
• Plan and coordinate travel-related team events (Q big events, team buildings, hackathons, offsites).

Assistance to C-level

• Organize strategic sessions and executive offsites for the leadership team;
• Coordinate business trips, meetings and events for C-level (schedules, logistics, bookings, documentation);
• Support C-level with various administrative and personal tasks;
• Prepare materials for meetings, conferences and business events.

What we expect:

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Travel Coordinator, Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Hard Skills

• Proven experience in organizing complex business trips and/or events (bookings, visas, transfers);
• Strong knowledge of travel management tools and online booking systems;
• Confident user of Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets);
• Experience managing travel budgets and optimizing costs;
• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (both written and spoken).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Adaptive and stress-resistant: you stay calm when plans change;
• Excellent communication across all levels;
• Reliable and responsible: you take full ownership of your tasks;
