We are looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner
to become a strategic advisor to the business and a driver of transformation in the field of people management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or Business.
• Additional certifications in HR Management, Coaching, or Organizational Development are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar.
• Proven experience in implementing HR strategies, managing change, and developing talent.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken) for communication with international stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR with business outcomes.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to support and guide leaders and employees.
• Experience in managing organizational change and team adaptation.
• Solid analytical skills and confidence in working with HR metrics (eNPS, KPI, OKR).
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation.
• Leadership and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships with internal clients.
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
• Experience with HRM systems and digital tools for HR process automation.
• Understanding of organizational design principles and building effective structures.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical dashboards (Power BI, Tableau is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

1.
Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall company goals.
• Design and implement HR initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Participate in strategic planning, workforce forecasting, and HR process scaling.

2.
Talent Management

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee adaptation processes.
• Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career planning.
• Implement performance evaluation systems (KPI, OKR, 360-degree feedback).

3.
Change Management

• Support organizational changes such as restructuring and process transformation.
• Provide guidance to leaders during periods of change and ensure team adaptation.

4.
Culture & Engagement

• Drive employee engagement through regular surveys (eNPS), motivation, and recognition programs.
• Shape and maintain a corporate culture aligned with company values.

5.
HR Analytics

• Collect, analyze, and interpret key HR metrics (eNPS, ROI, COMPA-RATIO, turnover).
• Prepare analytical reports and data-driven recommendations for leadership.

6.
Consulting & Mediation

• Advise managers on people management, motivation, team development, and conflict resolution.
• Act as a mediator in complex situations between employees or between staff and management.

7.
Automation & Optimization

• Implement HRM systems to automate key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, leave management, etc.).
• Optimize HR workflows to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workload.

8.
Accountability

• Ensure HR processes are aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.
• Deliver tasks on time and achieve SMART goals.
• Ensure accuracy of HR analytics and quality of recommendations provided to leadership.
