Who are we searching for? We're looking for an enthusiastic FP&A Manager to cover the financial needs of our Ukrainian customers. You'll provide strategic recommendations, optimize costs, and prevent cash gaps. You'll work closely with top management and founders of startups and will act as a finance partner to their businesses. If you're proactive and enjoy problem-solving, we want you on our team
What are your responsibilities?
Prepare managerial financial reports based on raw dataReview and correct accountants in the preparation of financial statementsDevelop financial systems from scratch with our R&D teamWork with multiple data sources and large volumes of dataBuild unit economics systems with detailed operational analysis for various business modelsDevelop forecasting systems with KPIs for all the departmentsEstablish and manage the budgeting process to control and prevent cash gapsLead direct communication with the founders and CFOs on the customer's sideAnalyze financial statements and business metrics in generalProvide recommendations for optimizing costs, improving the financial situation, and compiling a financial strategyManage projects: project strategy, deadlines, the priority of tasks, quality of projects, team workload, and task controlCreate financial models
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting in a fast-growing company with different business modelsB2 English levelExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill into structured frameworks and concrete action plansExperience in managerial roles, managing teams and projectsExpertise in the analysis of financial indicators: knowledge of the GAAP and unit economicsExperience in managing the company's finances: providing recommendations, implementing decisionsExperience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and other business processesStrategic thinking and the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem-solvingProven ability to prioritize and maintain a system for proactively managing multiple customers, projects, and requests, for creating and managing a plan, and for keeping your teams organized tooAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProactivity and a high level of responsibility
Will be a plus:Experience in US startups.
