Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, based in Kyiv, with a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, optimize digital and offline campaigns, manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will lead market research efforts to identify growth opportunities and coordinate communication with external partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing / Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing: SEO, PPC, SMM, eCommerce and basic analytics
  • Proven experience managing external vendors (copywriters, designers, SEO, SMM)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Confident user of Google Analytics 4 (events, conversions, custom reports)
  • Experience working with Firebase (events, analytics, push notifications)
  • Experience with eSputnik or similar marketing automation / email tool
  • Ability to create ad creatives or brief designers; good understanding of visual requirements for ads
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to work with data and generate insights independently
  • English: Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have:

  • Experience with international or eCommerce projects
  • Experience launching integrated marketing campaigns across several markets
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to analyse user behaviour and suggest improvements
