Ми шукаємо Project Coordinator, який підсилить команду проєктного координування, готовий навчатися організації роботи над проєктами, працювати з документацією та звітністю, а також розвивати комунікаційні навички задля ефективної взаємодії в команді.

Ми очікуємо, що ти:

  • маєш 1 рік досвіду роботи в адміністративній діяльності;

  • маєш досвід роботи з великою кількістю інформації;

  • маєш досвід роботи з багатозадачністю, а також організацією та координацією робочих процесів;

  • маєш досвід ефективної комунікації;

  • вмієш структурувати інформацію та виділяти головне;

  • маєш досвід координації кількох процесів одночасно і забезпечення своєчасного виконання задач.

Основні обов'язки:

  • організовувати роботу над проєктом (створювати плани проєктів, проєктної документації, шаблонів, опитувальників, чатів, залучати команди);

  • планувати та координувати задачі на короткі періоди (так звані "спринти") та проводити зустрічі з командою;

  • документувати та створювати звітність (оновлювати план проєкту, фіксувати рішення, результати, формувати звіти);

  • контролювати прогрес (моніторити виконання, реагувати на відхилення);

  • комунікувати з командою та бізнес овнерами, підтримувати їх у веденні проєкту (інформувати проєктну команду, ініціювати ескалацію проблем);

  • розробляти внутрішні регламенти/інструкції і т.п.;

  • надавати методологічну допомогу в ході реалізації проєктів.
