Досвід не обов'язковий — навчимо всьому, що потрібно для старту в ролі Project Manager.

RetroStyle Games — геймдев-студія з командою понад 130 спеціалістів. Ми створюємо 2D та 3D-графіку для ігор і розробляємо власні ігрові проєкти.

Що очікуємо від тебе:

  • Уважність, відповідальність.

  • Англійська мова - розмовна B2.

  • Інтерес до ігор, арту, креативного середовища, AI технологій.

  • Вміння швидко навчатися, не боятися нового.

  • Буде бонусом будь-який попередній досвід роботи з командою \ організацією процесів роботи, навчання тощо

Що будеш робити:

  • Складати короткі та зрозумілі описи задач для художників.

  • Допомагати команді дотримуватись термінів та слідкувати за дедлайнами.

  • Готувати короткі апдейти для клієнтів англійською мовою.

  • Фіксувати фідбек і передавати його команді.

  • Збирати, зберігати та впорядковувати матеріали й документацію по проєктам.

  • Підтримувати порядок у внутрішній комунікації та робочих процесах.

4. Співбесіда в офісі з лідерами команди.
