D3 VC is Europe's leading early-stage defense tech investor with 17 portfolio companies.

The scope of our work keeps increasing. We are looking for a person who expands our operational bandwidth and will pushes us to execute on our commitments.

We're seeking a dynamic and well-organized Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our VC fund. This role combines operational excellence with community building, ensuring our internal processes run smoothly while fostering strong relationships within our portfolio and broader ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize our task management systems across operations, portfolio management, and deal flow
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by respective team members
  • Coordinate projects with our external service providers
  • Execute operational tasks in various fields (e.g. general admin, events, marketing, finance and more)
  • Maintain and update our contacts database
  • Organize and maintain written records of our work, including meeting notes, updates, and documentation; post regular updates and communications to internal Slack channels
  • Organize community events with our portfolio companies
  • Coordinate social events and networking opportunities with partners

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record in operations, project management, or execution-focused roles (at least 2 years of experience doing so)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and follow-through
  • Persistent, detail-oriented approach to tracking and completing tasks
  • Proactive and independent work style with strong organizational skills
  • Hands-on executor who doesn't shy away from any task, big or small
  • Comfortable being the "pusher" who ensures things get done
  • Ready to learn and grow into a bigger operations role with our fund
  • Strong English (written and verbal)
  • Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine
