The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine is seeking a
Video Producer (Individual Consultant)
to develop a series of short, engaging explainer videos on
information integrity, media literacy, and digital safety
.

Your role:
You'll produce
14 short videos
(7 topics in both Ukrainian & English) to help audiences recognize disinformation, avoid manipulation, and navigate the digital space safely. This includes:
- Scriptwriting & adaptation
- Filming with professional set-up (lighting, sound, makeup)
- Editing & post-production with subtitles in both languages
- Delivering content in horizontal and vertical formats for broad outreach
Who we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in video production / filmmaking / digital campaigns
- Proven track record creating video content for public information or social media
- Strong skills in multi-format content creation (visuals, video, text)
- Experience working with Government of Ukraine and/or international donor programmes
