Project Office Manager

Functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of project management strategy and methodology, project reporting forms
• Review and analysis of project reports and information
• Coordination and supervision of projects within the bank's portfolio
• Managing the project office team and providing supervision to employees
• Implementation of a project work culture in the bank, training and coaching of employees of departments involved in projects led by the project office
• Coordination of work with stakeholders on projects within the bank's portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with established deadlines and quality of project implementation
• Resolving conflicts and risks arising during projects
• Preparing reports on project progress and results for internal and external stakeholders
• Development and implementation of best project management practices in the organization
• Regular monitoring and communication with line project managers to assess progress and support their projects
• Coordination and participation in the implementation of projects, including building the necessary models, algorithms, process prototypes, including, but not exclusively, at the IT systems level, planning the composition of project teams and necessary resources, initial analysis of the project P&L, control of prioritization and implementation of plans within the framework of project support, including, but not exclusively, control over effective resource management within the project;
• Participation and provision of recommendations within the framework of building a methodological support system, developing and improving technical documentation for the implementation of products and processes.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education, preferably in "Information Technology"/ "Computer Science"/ "Applied Mathematics";
• At least 3 years of experience in project management (working in IT projects as a business or systems analyst is an added advantage);
• Experience working with artifacts of agile project management methodology (change implementation) – Scrum (including LeSS)/DSDM;
• Understanding of banking processes, products and technologies.

Additional competitive advantages :

• Experience in implementing mobile applications, web applications and/or CRM systems is welcome;
• Practical experience in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing customer or business user requirements, as well as writing, agreeing, and managing the lifecycle of technical documentation;
• Understanding the basic principles of building relational/non-relational databases, knowledge of SQL;
• Basic understanding/experience with web applications (REST(JSON)/ SOAP(XML));
• Experience in release management: preparation/consolidation and installation on test/prod environments;
• Competencies in functional, integration and regression testing;
• Skills in the field of:
• Designing architectural solutions and user interfaces;
• development of specifications for web service interfaces and procedures for ABS SR/B2.
