Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Quality, based in Kyiv City, Ukraine. The Director of Quality will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with international quality and safety standards. Key tasks include managing a team of quality professionals, conducting quality audits, and developing and implementing quality management strategies. The role also involves ensuring supplier quality and maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and regulations. The Director of Quality will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the company's commitment to excellence in product quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
  • Strong skills in Quality Auditing and Quality Management, with a proven track record in implementing effective quality systems
  • Knowledge of Supplier Quality processes and the ability to collaborate with external vendors to ensure quality standards
  • Advanced understanding of food safety certifications such as FSSC 22000 and experience in managing compliance with international quality regulations
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian is preferred
