Креативна GameDev студія шукає в свою команду досвідченого Art Director з пристрастю до розробки ігор, досвідом лідерства команди, сильними управлінськими навичками, а також глибоким розумінням арт-пайплайну для створення ігор. 
Як Арт директор, ви керуватимете арт-відділом та тісно співпрацюватиме з геймдизайнерами, розробниками та стейкхолдерами, а також будете:
  • Очолювати, наставляти та надихати команду художників, аніматорів та UI/UX дизайнерів.
  • Визначати та підтримувати візуальний стиль і якість усіх ігрових проєктів.
  • Співпрацювати з геймдизайнерами та розробниками, щоб забезпечити гармонію між візуальними елементами, ігровим процесом та наративом.
  • Контролювати створення концепт-арту, дизайну персонажів, середовищ, анімацій та UI-елементів.
  • Відстежувати новітні тренди, інструменти та технології в індустрії, щоб підтримувати конкурентоспроможність наших ігор.
Наш ідеальний кандидат має:
  • Досвід лідерства команди від 2+ років на аналогічній позиції.
  • Розуміння наративу та концепту, щоб створювати арт, що органічно вбудовується в гру.
  • Досвід роботи зі Spine, вміння працювати з інтерфейсом, розуміння принципів використання інструменту.
  • Досвід володіння інструментами для роботи з графікою Blender, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Досвід роботи в Cartoon-стилі, оскільки наші проєкти мають впізнавану та виразну стилістику.
  • Розуміння та досвід створення UI та анімацій для ігрових інтерфейсів.
  • Досвід з 2D, але досвід роботи з 3D також важливий, оскільки 3D елементи будуть частково задіяні у процесах.
  • Сильне портфоліо, що демонструє різноманітні стилі ігрового арту.
  • Глибоке розуміння пайплайну створення ігрового контенту – від концепту до фінальних матеріалів.
  • Відмінні комунікаційні та лідерські навички, досвід управління командами.
  • Здатність балансувати між творчим баченням і технічними обмеженнями проєкту.
