Job Description:

• Lead, drive, and implement the country sales and marketing strategy focused on business growth.
• Define and manage the sales budget to deliver annual EBITDA and optimize Net Working Capital.
• Build executive-level customer and distributor relationships to leverage the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with peers to improve S&OP and supply chain processes.
• Attract, retain, assess, and develop commercial talents in the regional sales team.
• Establish strategic cooperation with key distributors and influential farms.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to build strategic alliances.
• Coordinate with the key account managers to ensure sustainable sales to agroholdings.
• Design and launch the marketing campaigns.
• Organize educational events for clients (webinars, demo fields).
• Conduct market analysis of crop protection products and competitor offerings.
• Develop commercial offers and loyalty programs.
• Monitor sales performance by region and product.
• Implement and optimize CRM systems for client management.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management roles in the agricultural or agrochemical sector.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving commercial targets.
• Experience working with crop protection products, distributors, and farms.
• Familiarity with regional agricultural practices and seasonal cycles.
• Deep understanding of the agricultural market and farming practices.
• Knowledge of crop protection products and their application.
• Experience in B2B sales in the agribusiness sector.
• Strategic marketing and brand management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with distributors, agronomists, and farmers.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Analytical skills to assess seasonality, demand, and customer behavior.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Business and Financial Acumen.
• Project Management and Change Management skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Language Skills:
