Trade Marketing Manager (UA, MD, Baltics).

Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Trade Marketing strategy across all sales channels within region (Ukraine, Moldova, Baltics). This role ensures alignment between brand, sales, and distributor plans by creating and implementing trade marketing grids, channel strategies, and in-store guidelines tailored to each market's goals. Also supports sales negotiations with key retailers and distributors, oversees promotional activities and budgets, enhances in-store visibility through effective POS materials and BTL execution, and monitors key performance indicators and competitor activities to drive business growth and brand presence.

Kyiv, Ukraine.

Job Responsibilities:

• Defining, developing, and implementing a Trade Marketing Strategy and integrating TM plan across all sales channels for Region;
• Creating and implementing TM activity grid for all countries according to their business goals;
• Preparation and implementation of TM activity grid and Channel strategy (incl. In-store Guidelines) for all channels;
• Cooperating closely with Sales, Marketing departments for effective transfer of brand plans into channel and customer activity plans;
• Close cooperation with distributors for the effective realization of TM agenda;
• Supporting Sales team in Annual Negotiations with Key Retailers and Distributors;
• Collaboration with Sales Team to implement BTL agenda, development of brand in-store visibility and partner relationships;
• Planning, implementation and result evaluation of TPRs and other promos;
• Managing Trade Marketing Budget for Region;
• Creating or adapting POS materials based on Key Visual, production and control of placement
• Monitoring main KPIs: numeric distribution, in-store standards of visibility and availability, trade equipment placement and POSm, promo implementation;
• Monitoring and collecting data about competitors' BTL activities and competitive promo pressure.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or related roles within the FMCG or retail industry;
• Strong knowledge of distribution, channel dynamics, and brand collaboration. Proven skills in TM strategy, promo planning, ROI analysis, and KPI management.
• Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, analytical and data-driven.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing;
• Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian and Intermediate English proficiency is a must.
