Обов'язки:

  • Координація закупівельних процедур в напрямку ІТ
  • Підготовка тендерної документації (RFP, RFQ тощо)
  • Організація та проведення тендерів з вибору постачальників
  • Управління процесом оцінки комерційних пропозицій
  • Проведення перемовин з постачальниками щодо вигідних умов
  • Розробка проєктів договорів та супроводження процесу їх узгодження
  • Аналіз результатів тендерів та підготовка звітів
  • Встановлення та підтримка міцних відносин з внутрішнім клієнтом
  • Моніторинг та дослідження ринку постачальників
  • Управління постачальниками

Вимоги:

  • Вища освіта
  • Досвід роботи не менше 2-х років у сфері закупівель
  • Аналітичні навички
  • Сильні комунікаційні та переговорні навички
  • Рівень володіння англійською мовою — В1

  • Аналіз результатів тендерів (TCO, NPV тощо)
