Junior Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, pricing, and supplier information.
- Conduct market research to identify potential.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers.
- Work with project team to outsource the telecom installations and provide the installation teams plan to the project and monitor the status of installation teams from subcontractors.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement.
- Report generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of procurement or field operation or civil works or installation service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in field installation, civil work, telecom engineering work, project management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
