Senior Research Executive

About the Job

As a Senior Research Executive in our Insights division, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality research that helps our clients make confident business decisions. You'll manage end-to-end research projects, from proposal to presentation, ensuring that each stage is delivered with precision and insight.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients across a variety of sectors, applying Kantar's methodologies to uncover meaningful insights. This role offers the opportunity to grow your analytical expertise, contribute to client success, and support the development of junior team members.

Job Goals

• Lead the full lifecycle of research projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all phases.
• Translate client briefs into compelling proposals that align with business and research objectives.
• Apply Kantar's methodologies to design, execute, and analyze research that delivers actionable insights.
• Build impactful client reports and presentations using storytelling techniques and data visualization.
• Present findings to clients with clarity and confidence, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Support the development of junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously develop your expertise by engaging in training, learning new tools, and staying current with industry trends.

Ideal Skills and Capabilities

• Proficiency in designing and managing quantitative research projects.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Experience using data visualization tools to create engaging reports and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Business-level English (B2 or higher) and fluency in Ukrainian.
