The Role

We are looking for a Deputy Executive Director
to provide leadership across all organizational directions - from finance, human resources, legal compliance, and administration to advocacy, partnerships, program development, and digital transformation. This role is key to ensuring strategic coordination, operational integrity, and sustainable development across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and integrate all organizational functions: operations, programs, digital, partnerships, finance, HR, legal, and admin
  • Lead internal systems development: policies, compliance, planning, reporting
  • Coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure mission alignment and performance
  • Drive the implementation of digital and data systems (ERP/CRM) to support scalability
  • Collaborate on strategic planning, innovation, and institutional growth
  • Represent the organization in key external processes when delegated

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in senior leadership roles, preferably in NGOs or impact-driven organizations
  • Skilled in cross-functional coordination and change management
  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution abilities
  • Proficient in finance, HR, legal, and digital systems
  • Values-driven, accountable, and collaborative
  • Fluent Ukrainian and professional English (oral and written)
