A cutting-edge fintech company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an innovative project that blends the excitement of fantasy sports with the real-time dynamics of global financial markets. The platform allows users to engage in virtual trading tournaments through a mobile-first interface, combining live market data, strategic gameplay, and social features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align business goals with stakeholder expectations at all levels

  • Design and implement BA processes from scratch across programs

  • Structure and maintain documentation and information architecture

  • Lead and oversee the entire BA lifecycle, from discovery to post-release

  • Guide and support other BAs; conduct quality reviews and audits

  • Contribute to effort and scope estimation for BA-related tasks

  • Define and manage product scope, dependencies, and conflicts

  • Own and refine the product backlog; participate in Agile ceremonies

  • Enhance current BA practices and promote continuous improvement

  • Help shape long-term roadmap planning and solution strategy

  • Optional: perform line management duties for BA team members

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership in stakeholder communication and expectation management

  • Deep experience in setting up and managing BA processes at scale

  • Strong documentation, modeling, and requirement management skills

  • Hands-on involvement in scope control and requirement traceability

  • Skilled in backlog ownership and Agile methodology implementation

  • Proficient in roadmap planning and long-term strategic input

  • Familiar with selecting tools, techniques, and templates that fit project needs

  • Comfortable providing mentoring and consulting on BA best practices

  • Strong communication, accountability, and team coordination skills

  • Proactive, growth-minded, and adaptable to change
