Компанія налагодила та масштабувала власне виробництво двох типів БпЛА.

Зараз шукаємо у команду Head of the HSE Department.

Необхідні навички та досвід :

  • 5 років досвіду у сфері охорони праці на виробничих підприємствах (перевага — великі або динамічні організації);

  • Успішний управлінський досвід — формування команд, делегування, менторство, контроль за виконанням;

  • Практичне впровадження систем управління (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / інших) — не просто знання, а реальна участь у побудові та сертифікації;

  • Глибоке знання законодавства України у сфері охорони праці, пожежної та електробезпеки;

  • Досвід аудиту та оптимізації документації — політики, інструкції, протоколи, звітність;

  • Участь у розслідуванні нещасних випадків, знання вимог до фіксації та звітності;

  • Робота з дозвільною документацією, проходження перевірок без зауважень.

Ключові задачі:

  • Провести глибокий аудит існуючої HSE-системи та сформувати roadmap вдосконалення;

  • Побудувати доказову відповідність міжнародним стандартам (ISO);

  • Налагодити прозору та ефективну систему документообігу;

  • Координувати команду (5 фахівців), забезпечувати чіткий розподіл функцій;

  • Впровадити масштабовану систему навчання персоналу;

  • Брати участь у розслідуванні НС та бути головним консультантом із юридично грамотного оформлення;

  • Забезпечити повну відповідність вимогам українського законодавства та бути рушієм для міжнародної сертифікації;

  • Підготувати компанію до перевірок, аудитів, імплементації нових стандартів.
