Зараз ми у пошуках Support Engineer для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.
Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.
Необхідні навички та досвід:
- Досвід роботи в Support від 0,5 року;
- Вільне володіння українською мовою (усно та письмово);
- Досвід роботи в Jira або аналог, досвід роботи в CRM;
- Високий рівень комунікації, активність та гнучкість;
- Вища інженерна освіта буде плюсом.
Майбутні обов'язки:
- Консультація клієнтів шляхом відповіді в усіх джерелах зв'язку: телефон, пошта, чати;
- Ведення запитів в Jira та CRM;
- Комунікація та допомога іншим відділам в рамках своєї компетенції;
- Прийом, складання, пакування та відправка посилок за необхідності;
- Прийом та перевірка продуктів та комплектуючих, підготовка продуктів та комплектуючих до відправок.
Умови роботи:
- офіційне працевлаштування за КЗпП;
- відпустка — 24 календарні дні на рік + 1 день відпустки на день народження;
- медичне страхування після успішного проходження випробувального терміну;
- можливість створювати нове, експериментувати та вирішувати складні завдання;

- команда однодумців та інноваторів;
- бронювання військовозобов'язаних за умови наявності актуальних військово-облікових документів;
