Яка кваліфікація та досвід необхідні
    • Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 2 років.
  • Глибоке розуміння роботи ОС Windows (10/11), базові знання macOS та Linux.
  • Знання принципів роботи мереж (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Досвід роботи з Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams.
  • Навички роботи з системами управління інцидентами (наприклад, Jira, Ivanty).
  • Вміння діагностувати та вирішувати апаратні та програмні проблеми.
  • Базові знання PowerShell або іншої скриптової мови — буде плюсом.
  • Вміння ефективно спілкуватися з користувачами різного рівня технічної підготовки.
  • Досвід ведення технічної документації та баз знань.
  • Вміння працювати за SLA та дотримуватись внутрішніх процедур.
