International Lawyer.
About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Compliance & Dispute Resolution legal professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and licensing, who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Requirements
- Experience in igaming industry from 2 years;
- Experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and/or regulatory complaints considered a plus;
- Basic knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and risk assessments, familiarity of responsible gaming standards considered a plus;
- Excellent legal research, analytical and organizational skills;
- Fluent English — written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and responses to customer complaints and regulatory authority requests. Drafting and negotiations are central to this role;
- Manage letters, lawsuits, warnings, notices, and complaints from customers and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and compliant responses;
- People management, including organization of internal investigations based on complaints received from customers, and guiding team members in effective and compliant customer communication;
- Liaising with local advisors worldwide on legal matters for resolving disputes and complaints;
- Conducting regulatory research with focus on law enforcement practices worldwide;
- Maintenance of databases and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and regulatory bodies;
- Performing other legal tasks assigned by the manager.
