Ключові обов'язк

  • Підготовка процесуальних документів у податкових спорах, а також юридичних висновків для іноземних та українських клієнтів
  • Супровід податкових перевірок
  • Представництво інтересів клієнтів у судах та органах державної влади
  • Спілкування з поточними та потенційним клієнтами, комунікація з іншими підрозділами KPM

Requirements

  • Вища юридична освіта
  • Наявність свідоцтва про право на заняття адвокатською діяльністю
  • 3-5 років досвіду роботи у юридичній фірмі або Big 4
  • Глибокі теоретичні знання та практичні навички роботи у сфері податкового та процесуального законодавства
  • Навички роботи з судовими реєстрами
  • Попередній досвід супроводу судових процесів буде плюсом
  • Знання англійської мови не нижче рівня Intermediate
  • Хороші комунікативні навички, вміння спілкуватися з клієнтом на належному рівні, оперативність реакції на запити, розуміння потреб і особливостей бізнесу клієнта
  • Самостійність та відповідальність
