What you'll do:
- Organize the signing of agreements, additional agreements, amendments, annexes, tender documentation, official letters, and any other documents related to the conclusion of agreements at the request of initiators.
- Upon receiving the request for document signing from the initiator, verify its accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of documents for signing and monitor deadlines and statuses of their signing.
- Work with Ukrainian e-signing systems and digital document management platforms such as M.E.Doc, Vchasno, etc.
- Administer and maintain the existing electronic and hardcopy contract archive.
What we expect:
- 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or document flow specialist.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, Fluent Ukrainian.
- Experience with e-signing systems or digital document management platforms (e.g., M.E.Doc, Vchasno) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle large amounts of information.
- Attention to detail and customer orientation.
