Основні обовязки:

  • Пошук і відбір надійних фабрик-виробників ( з Китаєм)
  • Проведення переговорів із фабриками: погодження цін, знижок, умов поставок
  • Забезпечення індивідуальності продукції та захисту торгових марок
  • Отримання і контроль знижок та пільг, які надаються з урахуванням потенціалу співпраці
  • Організація роботи та контроль команди QC (контролю якості) на виробництві
  • Забезпечення виконання фабриками термінів, якості та умов постачання
  • Ведення обліку всіх платежів постачальникам
  • Переговори щодо відстрочки платежів та оптимізація фінансових потоків
  • Контроль і ведення фінансових операцій, повязаних із закупівлями та логістикою
  • Пошук та взаємодія з логістичними компаніями, брокерами, агентами
  • Запит та аналіз тарифів, строків і умов доставки
  • Організація тимчасового зберігання вантажів за потреби
  • Оформлення та супровід дозвільної документації
  • Робота з митними брокерами та органами сертифікації
  • Забезпечення сертифікації продукції в Україні та інших країнах (отримання сертифікатів відповідності, декларацій, ліцензій, дозволів)

Вимоги до кандидата:

  • Досвід роботи в закупівлях, ЗЕД, логістиці від 3 років
  • Практичний досвід співпраці з іноземними фабриками та постачальниками
  • Розуміння митного оформлення, логістичних процесів та документообігу
  • Знання процесу сертифікації продукції, уміння працювати з регуляторними органами
  • Впевнене володіння Excel, бажано знання ERP-систем (1С, SAP тощо)
  • Англійська мова не нижче B2(для переговорів і листування)
  • Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей, навички ведення перемовин
