Volero is a global B2B travel wholesaler headquartered in Israel, providing a wide range of travel services through a cutting-edge online booking platform. We serve travel agencies and tour operators worldwide with tailor-made solutions, competitive pricing, and 24/7 support.

We are looking for a highly motivated 
Operations Agent
 to join our remote team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support as part of the global operations team
  • Coordinate multiple travel services, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and more
  • Oversee ticket issuance, ensure quality control, and verify ticketing and matching processes
  • Communicate professionally with travel agents, suppliers, and partners via email and phone

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a quick learner
  • Deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) –

  • Proficiency with digital tools: Microsoft Office, online booking tools, and GDS systems
