Data Office Manager

Credit Dnipro Bank is looking for a Data Office Manager. If you have similar experience and are eager to implement large-scale projects in a modern bank, this vacancy is for you

Main responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a data management strategy (Data Strategy).
  • Creating a Data Lake architecture.
  • Key owner of DWH.
  • Key owner of the banking CRM project.
  • Coordinator of the use of external sources/databases.

Candidate requirements:

  • Higher education (mathematics, statistics, information technology or related disciplines).
  • Additional education or certification in data management, analytics, Big Data, Data Science, or Data Engineering would be an advantage.
  • Availability of a military registration document (for men).
  • Technical skills:
  • experience in designing and implementing Data Lake architecture;
  • knowledge of technologies and tools for working with big data (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure);
  • CRM project management experience, including integration and customization;
  • Data Sourcing skills: working with external databases, APIs and ETL processes;
  • proficiency in SQL, Python / Scala or Java;
  • knowledge of the principles and tools of Data Governance and Data Security.
  • Strategic skills:
  • development and implementation of a data management strategy (Data Strategy);
  • the ability to build processes to ensure data quality and its analytical value.
  • Management skills:
  • experience in managing teams of data specialists (analysts, engineers, developers);
  • project management skills, including Agile and Scrum;
  • leadership qualities and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills:
  • the ability to analyze data to support business decision-making;
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence methods will be an advantage.
