We are a strong, well-established Ukrainian company specializing in performance marketing on the Google platform.

Our team counts up to 100 professionals, and we've been successfully operating on the market for over 5 years.

We're looking for a confident Senior Advertiser Manager with solid experience who is skilled in negotiating.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Bringing new partners (advertisers) and growing their accounts
  • Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management
  • Collaborate with the Media buy, finance, and tech teams
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Attending international conferences to expand partnerships
  • Exploring new ad formats and revenue streams to boost growth
  • Analysis of competitors, new verticals and markets

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing as an ADV manager
  • Existing relationships with clients in the FX / crypto / nutra verticals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a unique and fresh approach to strategies for new Advertisers
  • Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models and traffic KPI analysis methods
  • Upper-intermediate English level
