- Аудит і побудова HR-процесів
- Підбір та адаптація персоналу
- Розвиток і навчання співробітників
- Мотивація та утримання персоналу
- Побудова HR-аналітики та звітності
- Розробка та реалізація HR-стратегії, яка підтримує бізнес-цілі компанії
- Розробка та впровадження системи управління ефективністю

Планування та управління кадровими ризиками.
Що для нас важливо:
- Досвід у побудові HR Departments;
- Систематизація, робота з HR-CRM;
- Системне та менеджмент мислення;
- Досвід у рекрутингу та вмінні організувати цей процес;
- Внутрішнє бажання зростання;

Знання англійської мови від B2 рівня;
