АБ Макс — стабільна компанія з багаторічним досвідом у сфері лабораторної діагностики. Ми є офіційним дистриб'ютором провідних міжнародних брендів Abbott GmbH (аналітичні системи Alinity, Architect) та Graso Biotech (мікробіологічні середовища, реагенти та допоміжні матеріали для лабораторій). Наші клієнти — це клінічні, приватні та промислові лабораторії по всій Україні.

Ми шукаємо у команду цілеспрямованого регіонального менеджера з продажу (B2B)
, який допоможе розвивати партнерську мережу, збільшувати обсяги продажів та просувати високоякісні лабораторні рішення на українському ринку.

Основні обов'язки

  • Розвиток продажів продукції Abbott і Graso Biotech у своєму регіоні (B2B-сегмент).
  • Активний пошук і залучення нових клієнтів (лабораторії, клініки, виробничі підприємства).
  • Підтримання довгострокових відносин із наявними партнерами.
  • Проведення презентацій, участь у виставках і науково-практичних заходах.
  • Аналіз ринку, конкурентного середовища та формування пропозицій щодо розвитку напрямку.
  • Звітність про результати роботи та виконання планів продажів.
  • Тісна взаємодія з технічним і логістичним відділами компанії.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Досвід роботи у сфері продажів (бажано у сфері лабораторної діагностики, медичних виробів або фармацевтики).
  • Вітається медична або біологічна освіта.
  • Впевнені навички ведення переговорів і побудови партнерських відносин.
  • Високий рівень самоорганізації, аналітичне мислення, орієнтація на результат.
  • Готовність до відряджень у межах регіону.
  • Знання ПК (Excel, CRM-системи) та вміння працювати з комерційною документацією, знання англійської, бажана наявність прав водія.
