Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide top-notch hospitality to visitors and customers, assisting with internal requests (e.g., room bookings, taxis, etc.)
  • Manage clerical tasks, including call handling, perform printing, scanning, etc. on employees'/consultants' requests, coordinate post and courier mail
  • Office support (air-conditioning; supplies, cleaning; repairs; interaction with Business Centre administration)
  • Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing supplies, cleaning, repairs, and vendor interactions, ordering parking pass
  • Handle office purchases, maintain documentation, keep records of expenses (detergents, wipes, etc.), and look for the best suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinate travel requests, including bookings, payments, and reporting.
  • Assistance to Senior Office manager
  • Support to internal employees in arranging meetings, events

Requirements

  • Advanced computer user (Microsoft Office package, additional software is a plus).
  • Intermediate or higher level of spoken English
  • Work experience in relevant positions will be an advantage
  • Client-oriented attitude, good communication, friendly person to speak to
  • Calm, self-organized, responsible and able to complete tasks and control deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Self-starter, independent
  • Ability to focus on multiple tasks at once.
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented
