Основні обов'язки:

Бюджетування та прогнозування:

  • Побудова та впровадження процесу бюджетування на рівні групи компаній.

  • Участь у стратегічному та фінансовому плануванні.

  • Розробка фінансових моделей та прогнозів (P&L, баланс, грошові потоки).

Фінансовий аналіз:

  • Аналіз доходів, витрат, прибутковості, cash flow.

  • Аналіз відхилень факт vs бюджет / прогноз по ключових статтях витрат.

  • Аналіз рентабельності продуктів, клієнтів, каналів продажів.

  • Визначення драйверів росту або втрат.

  • Підготовка фінансових висновків та рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності бізнесу.

  • Фінансовий аналіз нових проєктів та бізнес-ініціатив.

Управлінська звітність:

  • Підготовка щомісячних управлінських звітів для керівництва, бізнес-юнітів та борду.

  • Створення фінансових дашбордів і візуалізацій для прийняття рішень (Power BI, Tableau тощо).

  • Супровід впровадження BI-рішень для автоматизації фінансової аналітики.

Стратегічна підтримка:

  • Побудова довгострокових фінансових моделей розвитку існуючих бізнесів та нових проєктів.

  • Фінансова оцінка інвестицій, CAPEX та нових бізнес-кейсів (ROI).

  • Участь у стратегічних ініціативах групи.

Робота з KPI:

  • Розробка та підтримка системи ключових фінансових показників (KPI) для групи компаній.

  • Співпраця з HR-аналітиком для збору та аналізу KPI.

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

  • Вища освіта (фінанси, економіка, бухгалтерія).

  • Досвід роботи у FP&A / фінансовому аналізі / бюджетуванні від 2 років (досвід в B2B, аутсорсингу, логістиці буде перевагою).

  • Практичний досвід побудови бюджетів, фінансових моделей, управлінської звітності.

  • Впевнене володіння Excel (зведені таблиці, складні формули, аналітика).

  • Досвід роботи з ERP/фінансовими системами (SAP, Oracle, 1С тощо).

  • Бажаний досвід роботи з BI-системами (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Аналітичне мислення, вміння знаходити причинно-наслідкові зв'язки та формулювати рекомендації.

  • Англійська — не нижче Intermediate (робота з міжнародною звітністю).
