About your new job:

As the Brand Manager for the Brown-Forman portfolio, you will be responsible for the execution of the brand strategy for the Brown-Forman portfolio (e.g., Jack Daniel's Family of brands, Woodford Reserve, el Jimador) in Ukraine. You will act as the brand guardian, driving awareness, equity, and market share while ensuring alignment with Brown-Forman global & local strategies and Coca-Cola HBC commercial priorities.

You can be successful in this role if:

• Lead the development of annual brand plans in collaboration with Brown-Forman local marketing team and internal stakeholders;
• Drive & execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across ATL, BTL, digital, experiential, and brand advocacy;
• Manage A&P investment for marketing activities as per resource allocation to achieve business goals & support strategy;
• Campaigns and activations reporting including ROI evaluations & learnings
• Budget reporting to Brown-Forman on a quarterly basis following the A&P investment tracker process;
• Management of the local Brand Ambassador(s);
• Track and monitor brand and business performance KPIs (depletions, market share, awareness, penetration, etc) with actionable outputs and reapplied learnings;
• Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, agencies and local Brown-Forman team to ensure excellence in execution;
• Manage agency relationships and briefs agency partners;
• Perform the role of brand guardian and is ultimately responsible that all B-F consumer/customer communication is in line with overall brand rules, is fully compliant with the local law and is following the internal legal B-F procedures;
• Track and analyze consumer trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics;
• Partner with external agencies (creative, media, PR, research) and internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Supply Chain).

Our new team member needs to:

• Have relevant brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or alcohol/beverage sector;
• Have great analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution focused to solving problems;
• Be proficient in MS Office;
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels with strong stakeholder awareness
• Self-starter with proven ability to plan and prioritise with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects;
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills;
• Have a fluent level of English;
• Be responsible, result-oriented, and agile.
