Ми шукаємо кандидатів на посаду старшого фінансового менеджера для нашого клієнта, провідної української освітньої платформи.

На цій посаді ви працюватимете над забезпеченням збору і обробки фінансових даних для прийняття обґрунтованих і вчасних управлінських рішень.

Зокрема, ви будете відповідальні за:

  • Аналіз план/факт витрат, пошук відхилень та формування рекомендацій.

  • Контроль процесу планування: збір, перевірку та консолідацію бюджетів від департаментів.

  • Підготовку або координацію підготовки управлінської та фінансової звітності.

  • Участь у фінансовому моделюванні, прогнозуванні та бюджетному оновленні.

  • Взаємодію з операційною, фінансовою командами та топ-менеджментом - уточнення цілей, даних і показників.

Кваліфікаційні вимоги:

  • Досвід роботи на позиціях фінансового менеджера/ контролера/ фінансового аналітика від 3 років.

  • Впевнена робота з Excel або Google Sheets (формули, зведені таблиці, базова автоматизація)

  • Знання структури P&L, Cash Flow та Balance Sheet.

  • Добре розуміння основ управлінського обліку, бюджетування та фінансового аналізу.

  • Вміння працювати з великим обсягом даних, структурне мислення і увага до дрібниць.

  • Досвід участі у бюджетному процесі.

Також розглядається як перевага:

  • Досвід роботи у галузі IT, EdTech або Digital

  • Досвід роботи в аудиторських та консалтингових компаніях

  • Досвід роботи з BI-інструментами (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

  • Досвід автоматизації фінансових процесів або роботи з ERP-системами.
