Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Support Team Lead to join our growing group. This is a great opportunity to be a key player in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative start-up environment. You'll play a huge role in shaping the future of how we support Base 44 users and helping to grow the product. you'll:

  • Lead Team Performance: Manage daily objectives, priorities, risks, and overall performance for the team.
  • Maintain Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary communication link, providing the team with necessary context and a clear understanding of the bigger picture.
  • Drive Ownership and Empowerment: Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and empower them to take full ownership of their tasks and projects.
  • Manage Accountability: Set clear expectations, ensure consistent follow-up on tasks, and make sure team members are meeting required goals.
  • Handle Escalations: Serve as the final point of contact for team and customer escalations, leading by example with creative problem-solving.
  • Foster Morale and Growth: Maintain high team morale, motivate experts, and provide mentorship for career development.
  • Shape Future Vision: Influence the strategic vision for the support domain, contribute insights, and participate in global projects to improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Located and eligible to work full-time from Kyiv, Ukraine.
  • A natural and charismatic leader who easily connects with and stands out to others.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you can clearly articulate ideas, visions, and performance expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills to report on team results and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for deep troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues.
  • Familiar with web development technologies (JS/HTML/CSS) and client-server architecture (API/HTTP).
