What you'll do
- Developing / participating in the elaboration of legal documents
- Providing of legal assistance to other departments
- Checking of draft contracts for compliance with the law and the legitimate interests of the Company
- Checking for compliance with the law and the legitimate interests of the Company, draft documents related to establishment, modifying, and terminating an employment relationship
- Participating in the development and implementation of internal procedures of the Company
- Organizing of activities for confidentiality
- Representing of the company in court
- Representing of the company in relations with state bodies, particularly relating to legal compliance
- Informing departments of the Company of changes in legislation relating to their work
- Organizing of the participation of the Company in the legislative and regulatory process, establishing and maintaining of effective relationships with government agencies
- Organizing of countermeasures for circulation of counterfreit goods under trademarks owned the Company and under trademarks belonging to others who are represented by the Company, and organizing of measures against illegal import of those products
- Participation in dispute resolution regarding labor issues.
What you must have
- University degree in legal sphere
- Advanced spoken and written English
- 5 years+ experience in a similar position (experience with international company would be a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation
- Good PC skills
- Diligence and ability to work in team, initiative
- Ability to prioritize and meet the deadlines.
