Job responsibilities:
- Organization of support for enforcement proceedings to collect problem debts
Main functional responsibilities:
- Organization of interaction with private enforcement agents and state enforcement agencies.
- Preparation and submission of applications for the initiation of enforcement proceedings, other necessary procedural documents in enforcement proceedings; participation in enforcement actions (if necessary).
- Maintaining a register of enforcement proceedings, monitoring state registers for the completeness and adequacy of the actions of enforcement agents.
- Monitoring of judicial practice and changes in legislation on enforcement proceedings.
- Reporting by activity area
Candidate requirements:
- Legal education.
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
- Discipline, responsibility and efficiency in completing tasks.
- Desire to work for results.
