ICU - незалежна інвестиційна група, що надає брокерські послуги, послуги з управління активами та приватним акціонерним капіталом, а також займається венчурними та фінтех-інвестиціями, шукає досвідченого та мотивованого фахівця на посаду менеджера по роботі з клієнтами.

ПОСАДОВІ ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ

  • Супровід поточних та потенційних клієнтів компанії (робота з «гарячою» клієнтською базою);
  • Перша лінія приймання, обробки та адміністрування вхідних клієнтських звернень та заявок;
  • Підтримка клієнтів у торговельній системі ICU Trade;
  • Консультування клієнтів щодо продуктів компанії;
  • Робота з цінними паперами, проведення зустрічей, укладання та супровід клієнтських угод.

ВИМОГИ

  • Вища фінансова чи економічна освіта;
  • Досвід роботи у фінансовій чи банківській сфері, досвід роботи на фондовому ринку з цінними паперами буде перевагою;
  • Високий рівень комунікаційних навичок та клієнтоорієнтованості, стресостійкість, знання основ бізнес-етики;
  • Відкритість до нових знань, здатність демонструвати результати, бажання розвивати свій професіоналізм;
  • Знання англійської мови – не нижче рівня intermediate;
  • Досвід підготовки презентаційних та інформаційних матеріалів, навички роботи в графічних редакторах (бажано).
