Якщо ти прагнеш очолити ключовий функціонал, де клієнтський досвід зустрічається із якісним управлінням підрядниками - ця роль для тебе.

Що робитимеш:

  • Керівництво трьома командами: Support, Sales та Freelancers Operations.
  • Забезпечення високої задоволеності клієнтів (CSAT), оптимізація конверсій і утилення продажів.
  • Управління постачанням фрілансерів: від рекрутингу до оцінки результатів.
  • Впровадження інновацій та інструментів AI, автоматизація процесів, покращення інструментарію.
  • Відповідність KPI, звітність перед керівництвом, баланс між якістю контенту і прибутковістю.

Що ми очікуємо:

  • Досвід керівництва кількома підрозділами, включно з Sales та Freelancers Operations.
  • Орієнтація на ефективність, аналіз (CSAT, якість продукту, продажі).
  • Вміння оптимізувати процеси, впроваджувати нові технології.
  • Сильні навички комунікації - як із технічними, так і з нефаховими стейкхолдерами.
