Order Acquisition Manager

The position is responsible for ensuring proper order acquisition control by monitoring customer orders, engaging with customers as needed, and collaborating with leadership when necessary.
Key Objectives:- Monitor customer orders and collaborate with leadership when necessary to ensure proper order acquisition control.
- Communicate and resolve price discrepancies in customer orders through effective collaboration with the sales and billing accuracy SPOC.
- Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Representative Team and customers regarding order changes, corrections, and issue-solving.
- Work with customers to resolve issues arising from stock unavailability, collaborating with other functions as needed.
- Respond to customer-specific needs and requirements in a timely manner, supporting our drive to become the #1 supplier.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and propose action plans to contribute to reaching Customer Service Representative KPI targets.
- Coordinate and support customers' logistics projects internally and externally, working closely with Supply Chain, supply planning, logistics, plants, and other stakeholders.
